THE POSITION Responsabilities - Liaise with the project team regarding the scope of work, design criteria, budget, and timelines related to tenant fit outs; - In response to requests from the Leasing team, create sketches and LODs for tenant fit-outs in CAD or Revit, using the project’s Revit and BIM360 platforms; - Work with the Design team to review tenant plans in accordance with the design criteria established by both the tenants and the owner; - In collaboration with the tenant, their professionals and contractors, and the project team, coordinate all project related services, including coordination processes (requests, permits, site access, etc.), statements of work, - Ensure tenants adhere to the schedule, budget, design, and approved construction plans; - In collaboration with building management staff, ensure that projects are completed in accordance with property standards and regulations (access, noisy work, service interruptions, etc.); - Participate in compiling the list of defects and coordinate their correction; - Review, verify, and oversee the payment of progress and final invoices; - Coordinate, review, and oversee the collection of required documents (as-built drawings, warranty documents, maintenance and operations manuals, etc.); - Perform any related tasks requested by their immediate supervisor or required by their duties.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE - Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management, or equivalent; - A minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating retail store design; - Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook Suite, MS Project, and BIM360; - Customer-service oriented; - Excellent interpersonal skills (with tenants, landlords, contractors, consultants, colleagues, and clients); - Comfortable working on-site; - Strong ability to identify, assess, and resolve problems; - Ability to work flexibly, dynamically, and resourcefully on multiple projects simultaneously; - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various departments within the company.
