Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for overseeing financial operations while supporting key initiatives related to human resources and information technology.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes
- Manage cash flow and treasury activities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards
- Coordinate annual audit preparation
- Support investment and financial analysis projects
- Improve financial processes and internal controls

Strategic Partnership





- Advise senior leadership on financial and business decisions
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives
- Supervise a small accounting and administrative team
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance

Human Resources & Administration

- Support discussions regarding compensation and internal policies
- Participate in organizational development initiatives
- Foster a positive and engaged workplace environment

Information Technology

- Support technology planning and system improvements
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
