As a Counter Sales person at Andrew Sheret Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support at the front lines of our business. This position requires a deep understanding of plumbing, heating, HVAC, irrigation, pumps, filtration, and waterworks products, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs efficiently.

Wage is $24.65 per hour and may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the store

Answer customer questions and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions

Recommend specific products or services based on customers needs

Process cash transactions

Inform customers of promotions and sales

Keep up to date with knowledge of new and existing products

Write up and pull sales orders

Put away and organize stock

Load and off load vehicles

Essential

Experience in counter sales, preferred, will train the right applicant





Strong interpersonal skills

Basic math skills

Good written and verbal communication

Skilled appearance and attitude

Ability to work well with others

Knowledge of successful sales tactics

Ability to multi-task

Great time management skills

Completion of Grade 12

Capable of lifting 50lbs or more
