In this critical role, you will oversee the Structures team under the guidance of the Supervisor. Your responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing mentorship to Technicians, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, and Aircraft Certification Authorities. You'll utilize your extensive knowledge of aircraft structural repair to contribute effectively to our aviation services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks to Technicians and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
• Perform maintenance on Voyageur and customer aircraft
• Provide guidance and technical assistance in Structures




• Ensure compliance with safety policies and high-quality standards
• Mentor team members including ACAs and AMEs
Requirements:
• Valid Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA)
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft structural repair
• Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a agile environment
