Adecco is currently hiring a full-timeSupplier Quality Engineerto support supplier quality and industrialization activities within a leading aerospace environment for our client in Ajax, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with solid quality and manufacturing expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, technical setting.You will be responsible for managing supplier quality processes, supporting product development, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, engineering, and procurement teams to drive quality, resolve issues, and support new program introductions.As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. including RFDC submissions and approval workflowsTrack and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs), concessions, and corrective actions (CAR/FAR)Collaborate with incoming inspection and engineering teams to resolve quality issuesSupport supplier investigations, failure analysis, and corrective actionsMaintain and update inspection plans and quality data in SAPManage quality notifications and reporting in SAPAssist with engineering investigations and supplier coordinationMonitor and support supplier compliance, including notices of escape and quality reportingQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant aerospace manufacturing experience)Strong experience in quality and/or engineering within the aerospace industryKnowledge of raw materials, forging processes, and aerospace standardsFamiliarity with APQP, PPAP, and supplier quality processesExperience with SAP and quality systemsAbility to read technical drawings and CAD models (CATIA/ENOVIA experience is an asset)Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to travel and work flexible schedule as neededStrong commitment to health, safety, and quality standardsBilingualism (English/French) is an assetMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
