Lead and manage a portfolio of defence contracts with a focus on strategic contract lifecycle and compliance. This role involves engagement from drafting to negotiation and implementation.

We are seeking a Contracts Manager with extensive experience in contract management, especially within the defence sector. The ideal candidate will draft, negotiate, and administer contracts while ensuring compliance with policies and governance. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage full lifecycle of government contracts • Draft and negotiate contractual documents effectively • Support bids until contract award and implementation • Report compliance and risk to management and customers • Promote best practices and ethical business conduct

Requirements: • University degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years in strategic business support • At least 1 year in contract drafting and review • Fluency in English and government procurement knowledge • Must obtain Security Clearance at NATO Secret Level
