The Sofa Delivery Company, part of the DFS group, is looking for a hands-on delivery team leader to guide a high-performing two-person delivery crew. You’ll support the Warehouse and Driving teams, ensure compliance and high service standards, and help deliver moments that matter for customers.
You’ll also recruit, onboard and train recent colleagues, manage vehicle compliance and safety, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive culture across the operation.
