Smart Solutions is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Farnham.

The Role:

As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial and industrial locations while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the collection of waste and recyclable materials on scheduled routes
- Load refuse safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where required
- Ensure waste is collected efficiently and disposed of at designated facilities
- Support the driver in completing routes safely and on time




- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues with equipment or vehicles
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate collection records where required
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with the public
