As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our US fulfillment operations in Ferndale,WA.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare shipping labels, Air Waybills (AWBs), and related documentation for daily orders.

Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

Prepare dry ice, ice pack, and ambient-temperature shipments according to established procedures.

Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain incoming inventory and warehouse supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.

Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and inventory transfers.

Track shipments and assist with shipping or delivery issues.

Coordinate daily fulfillment and inventory activities with the Vancouver Logistics team.





Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and follow all shipping, inventory, and safety SOPs.

Support other logistics, warehouse and operational activities as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.

Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carrier shipping platforms is an asset.

Experience with dry ice or temperature-sensitive shipments is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Robust attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to safely lift and move packages and warehouse supplies as required.

Compensation

USD $40,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with qualification and experience

Semi-annual performance-based bonus

100% onsite

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Ferndale from the first day of employment
