Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Rating Team, aligned to business goals and customer outcomes

Translate complex rating, underwriting, regulatory, and operational requirements into a clear product backlog and delivery plan

Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver rating enhancements, production stability, and modernization initiatives

Lead Discovery and Framing and Inception sessions with stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, regulatory compliance, sales, business architecture, and technology

Define and evolve product strategy, balancing strategic investments, operational needs, regulatory commitments, and technical debt

Ensure rating solutions support speed-to-market while maintaining accuracy, consistency, compliance, and maintainability

Define and track meaningful success metrics to measure customer value, business impact, operational performance, and delivery outcomes (KPIs)
