You will monitor compliance, develop safety programs, conduct audits, and analyze incidents to proactively minimize risks across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide consultative leadership to management and staff • Monitor compliance with health and safety policies • Develop and evaluate wellness and safety programs • Audit effectiveness of health and safety practices • Investigate major accidents and incidents

Requirements: • University degree with 7-10 years of experience • Managerial experience in a unionized workplace preferred • Accredited health and safety certification required • Knowledge of Canadian OH&S; legislation • Proven ability to mentor and manage staff
