Williamson Equipment is currently seeking on and off road Heavy Duty Mechanics. Must have a robust knowledge of a wide-range of heavy-duty equipment that will allow them to effectively diagnose and repair potential problems. Only licensed Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanics and 2-4 year apprentices with experience will be considered. We are a dedicated dealer of Ammann quality compaction and paving equipment. Our main focus is on soil and asphalt compaction, we are a proud authorized dealer of Ammann compaction equipment. We are also proud to carry other brands such as Carlson paving products, Mauldin paving products, and Husqvarna construction products. We are also a very busy government certified commercial vehicle inspection facility. Candidates should possess the following:





Preventative Maintenance and servicing skills for a large variety of equipment Trouble shooting systems to determine faults and extent of repair – example: hydraulic, electrical & mechanical systems of a variety of equipment. Licensed/Certified Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (CVIP certificate would be a great asset, but not required) Valid class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 would be an asset, but not required) Must have own tools and have proficiency in the use of all tools of trade Able to perform and complete repairs in a time manner without direct supervision Maintain a safe and clean work environment Team player and willing to assist where required is a must.
