This position supports the Community and Family Services within a Ministry Unit. You'll work collaboratively on various tasks while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies. Your role includes providing team assistance, supporting public events, and helping with basic administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planned community program activities including the food bank
• Assist with public relations events and campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality of program participants
• Help with administrative tasks such as photocopying
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facilities
Requirements:
• High School diploma completion
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of The Salvation Army's mission and values
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
