Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are key, as you’ll handle ordering specialty surgical items and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchasing and acquisition of supplies and equipment • Manage inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels • Communicate with vendors and the purchasing department • Troubleshoot emergency product requirements as needed • Assist in instrument repairs and replacements
Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience • Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Materials Management/SAP systems • Preferred experience in the operating room environment • Ability to work under pressure in a changing setting
