You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while guiding continuous improvement projects and high-performing teams. You will collaborate with Process Engineering and oversee scheduling, reporting, and lean initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Solid leadership and APICS/Lean training are preferred for success.
