The Opportunity
Dilawri Group in Ontario is activelyseeking a Receptionist to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.
Pay Range:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour
The Receptionist will serve as the first point ofcontact for customers and visitors while supporting the dealership’s dailyadministrative operations. The successful candidate will create a positive andprofessional first impression, direct inquiries efficiently, and provideadministrative and licensing support to the dealership team.
Responsibilities
- Welcomecustomers and visitors to the dealership in a warm, professional,
andcourteous manner.
- Determinethe purpose of each customer’s visit and promptly connect them with theappropriate department or team member.
- Answer,screen, and direct incoming telephone calls accurately and efficiently.
- Recordand distribute complete and accurate messages.
- Respondto general inquiries and provide customers with appropriate dealershipinformation.
- Maintaina clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area.
- Assistwith vehicle licensing documentation and related administrative processes.
- Preparedocumentation and information required for dealer trades, vehicle pickups,and deliveries.
- Collectand process receipts, payments, and other documentation as required.
- Supportthe coordination and organization of dealership records and customerfiles.
- Receive,sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Providegeneral administrative assistance to dealership departments.
- Maintainthe confidentiality of customer, employee, and dealership information.
- Collaboratewith dealership team members to support an efficient and positive customerexperience.
- Performother administrative duties required to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
- Minimumof two years of reception, customer service, or administrative experience,or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previousautomotive dealership experience is preferred.
- Vehiclelicensing experience is required.
- Experienceusing One-Eighty,
a customer relationship management system, or comparabledealership software is considered an asset.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Professionaland courteous telephone manner.
- Friendly,approachable, and customer-focused demeanour.
- Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
- Abilityto accurately record and communicate messages and information.
- Abilityto manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Abilityto remain calm, composed, and focused while providing exceptional service.
- Positiveand solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues.
- Abilityto take ownership of assigned tasks and bring them to completion.
- Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of ateam.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Availabilityto work Monday through Friday, with Saturday shifts as required.
