Lead the Site Leadership Team and support vital rapid response operations. As a key member of the Canadian Disaster Relief (CDR) team, your role as Assistant Manager will involve organizing the Site Leadership Team's training, logistics, and compliance to ensure effective disaster response.

Your leadership will strengthen relationships with external stakeholders like Provincial Emergency Management and local churches, helping fulfill SPC's mission to serve those in need. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of the Site Leadership Team
- Support professional development and implement training opportunities




- Oversee logistics for rapid response deployments
- Build relationships with emergency management and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and accurate record management Requirements:
- Committed to Christian values and SPC's Statement of Faith
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in volunteer relations or management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
