Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Plongeur to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established health standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, and workstations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with safety protocols
- Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly stored and organized for easy access by the team
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment




- Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area by assisting with light cleaning duties when required

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards is advantageous
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food service, or culinary environments is highly valued

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
