Location: Vaughan, ON (travel to job sites across the GTA) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role LG Home Comfort is looking for an experienced Electrical Department Manager to lead our electrical and security systems division. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of licensed electricians and security systems installers, managing day-to-day field operations, and ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role requires a valid 309A Electrician License.

What You’ll Do - Supervise and schedule a team of electricians and security systems installers/technicians - Plan and oversee electrical and security systems projects from quoting through completion - Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (ESA/ESC) and applicable regulations - Act as the escalation point for technical issues, complex installs, and customer concerns - Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of department staff - Oversee inventory, equipment,



and fleet needs for the department - Support estimating and sales teams with technical scoping on proposals - Participate in health & safety initiatives, including JHSC involvement What You Bring - Valid 309A Electrician License (Certificate of Qualification) — required - Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity - Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code - Experience with security systems (alarm, access control, CCTV) is an asset - Proven ability to lead and manage field teams - Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation - Salary: $90,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus - Health Benefits: Eligible after 3 months of employment Why Join LG Home Comfort - Competitive salary and advantages - Opportunity to lead and grow a department - Stable, established company with a strong reputation across Ontario
