• Direct and coordinate Adjusters’ and Customer Service Representatives’ claims-processing activities
• Achieve objectives for commitment, excess-cost management, efficiency, and customer service
• Measure team performance and ensure quality claims handling, compliance with standards and procedures, and productivity
• Organize, plan, and control the optimal use of human, financial, and material resources according to budget
• Promote teamwork and guide technical training
• Participate in improving operational processes
• Make team decisions regarding claims processing and indemnity payments in accordance with company standards
• Promote the brand image and business principles to partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in claims handling
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees’ skills and performance
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge
