Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and detailed specifications.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and project objectives.
- Support solution design and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
- Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project-related risks.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations when required.




- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvement.
- Support project implementation, user training, and post-production activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirement-gathering techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of process modeling and workflow documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into clear technical documentation.
