Join Trans Mountain in Burnaby, BC, as an Intermediate Field Engineer (Contract). Support pipeline projects with engineering leadership and ensure secure, compliant field activities. As an Intermediate Engineer reporting to the Director of Field Engineering, you will play a role in Major Projects and sustaining capital work.

You'll be involved in developing Engineered Job Plans, overseeing execution readiness, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Your technical leadership will guide complex activities that influence public safety and environmental integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review Engineered Job Plans for project activities
Lead execution planning for complex field activities




Provide independent engineering oversight to manage execution risks
Coordinate with multiple teams for transparent accountability
Offer technical guidance on operational challenges

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical)
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Pipeline and project management experience preferred
Ability to register as a Qualified Engineer in BC
Strong communication and organizational skills
