Develop and publish schedules for staff
Identify and fill open shifts promptly
Maintain records for availability and preferences
Manage compliance with collective agreements
Respond to scheduling-related inquiries efficiently Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent experience in HR or Administration
Minimum 2 years in scheduling or administrative roles
Unionized workplace experience preferred
Familiarity with HRIS software (UKG favored)
