Lead human resources initiatives at Pathways to Independence as the Director of Human Resources. Drive recruitment, development, and employee engagement to support a diverse workforce. This full time permanent position reports to the Chief People & Development Officer. You'll oversee strategic HR plans, ensuring alignment with Pathways' vision and mission.

Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating recruitment processes, maintaining employee relations, and fostering a positive work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic HR plans supporting organizational growth
Oversee recruitment, orientation, and retention processes
Facilitate effective employee and labor relations practices
Implement learning and development strategies
Ensure compliance with employment legislation Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum five years in senior HR roles
Experience with unionized and non-unionized settings
Solid communication and analytical skills
