Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Maintain a clean and safe workplace by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide friendly, respectful support
Must be able to physically lift (ie, pick up client) to be able to transfer from bed to bathroom and to scooter lift and pivot approach
Requirements
Fluency in English
Solid organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform physical task of lifting client by pivot method and assisting with mobility
Customer service and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients
Knowledge of basic household chores including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards helping others
