Provide HR support to department leaders and employees
Lead collective bargaining and serve as chief spokesperson
Oversee workplace investigations and HR compliance
Mentor HR Business Partners for higher execution standards
University degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations
Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a unionized setting
Proven expertise in collective bargaining and grievance management
Exceptional coaching and stakeholder management skills
