Zen Residential is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its multifamily and single-family management operations in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The ideal candidate will work independently, advising leaders on HR matters while ensuring a consistent employee experience. This vital role encompasses onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives that drive community-building. Key Responsibilities:
Lead investigations and manage employee relations professionally
Support performance evaluations and address employee concerns




Develop and standardize HR policies and procedures
Own the onboarding process and full employee lifecycle
Drive HR technology improvements, including AI integration

Requirements:
Significant HR generalist experience in a leadership role
CPHR designation or active pursuit is an asset
Demonstrated experience in workplace investigations
Familiar with Alberta Employment Standards compliance
Proficient in HRIS or payroll systems like Payworks
