In this role, you'll serve as a vital link between employers and jobseekers, utilizing your problem-solving skills to create quality job placements. Your responsibilities include engaging with businesses, assessing candidates, and coordinating training opportunities. As part of a team-oriented team, you will deliver Integrated Employment Services and support diverse populations in overcoming employment barriers.

Key Responsibilities:



• Engage employers to identify and promote job opportunities • Match participants with suitable job placements • Negotiate placement agreements and training plans • Monitor placements and provide coaching support • Facilitate job search workshops and individual assistance

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in job placement services • Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience working with diverse groups • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
