We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare systems, technical project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners when required
Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid experience as a Technical Project Manager in the healthcare domain
Hands-on experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, claims, payer systems, etc.)
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
Experience working with healthcare providers or insurance/payer systems
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
