We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing S/4HANA implementation projects and strong functional knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes. This role requires hands-on project leadership, coordination across multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of experience as a Project Manager handling SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Solid functional knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes within SAP.
Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations in complex environments.
Solid understanding of SAP best practices, data migration, and integration methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
PMP or SAP certification.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in an on-site role,



collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with change management to drive adoption.
Knowledge of compliance with best practices, security, and regulatory requirements in implementations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring project objectives are met.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Ensure seamless integration of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes within S/4HANA.
Conduct regular project status meetings, report progress to senior leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Work closely with SAP consultants, system integrators, and internal teams for successful system configuration and deployment.
Manage data migration, user training, and change management to drive adoption.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions.
