Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with IBM MDM, IBM RDM
Proficiency in IBPM EPM
Solid knowledge of DB2 and Netezza DB
Unix Shell Scripting expertise
Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, ESP Autosys, and SOAP UI
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within a energetic environment
Solid problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Experience working in diverse teams
Certifications in relevant technologies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide production support for various systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
