Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their food selections, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
Prepare food items following safety and quality standards, including proper handling and sanitation procedures
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations and industry best practices




Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout your shift

Qualifications
Previous food preparation or food service experience is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for productive transaction processing
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
