As the IT Operations Manager, you will independently own the IT function in a team of one, operating closely with leadership and external specialists. You’re expected to resolve technical issues, manage critical IT systems, and cultivate processes that support the company's growth.

Your role includes overseeing Microsoft 365, maintaining security policies, and delivering responsive help-desk support while you drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day IT support, security, and infrastructure

Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Deliver internal help-desk support for technical issues
Develop IT policies and incident-response procedures

Requirements:
Over five years of IT operations or systems administration experience
Robust Microsoft 365 and security management skills
Proven troubleshooting skills across various technologies
Experience with documentation and IT roadmaps
