Job Summary The Health Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Responsibilities - Assistance with personal care and hygiene
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Accompany clients on outings
Shopping and errands
Medication Assist / Reminders
Ambulation and transporting of clients
Provide companionship to clients
Ability to follow care plan
Documentation / Charting Qualifications - Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
Current CPR / First Aid training or willingness to obtain
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Ability to travel around the location territory
Access to Internet / mobile phone
Driver's license / must have a car
