Step into the Grooming Assistant Supervisor position at Whitewater Mountain Resort, where you will support snowcat operations and ensure outstanding mountain access. Your position involves assisting in the daily management of the Grooming Department under the Grooming Supervisor's guidance.

You'll plan and oversee snowcat grooming, manage staff training, and ensure protected winter operations. Collaboration with other departments will be essential for maintaining operational excellence and high ski quality. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily grooming activities and staff oversight
Schedule and manage snowcat operations efficiently
Oversee snow removal for the resort’s access roads
Monitor and report on equipment productivity
Ensure safety compliance and operational quality Requirements:
At least 5 years in snowcat grooming or similar roles
Heavy equipment operational experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
High School Diploma and First Aid a plus Drive operational success and ensure protected conditions at Whitewater Mountain Resort's Grooming Department.
