Shape quality and safety at a current manufacturing plant as a hands-on Junior QA/QC Manager. Lead initiatives for compliance, continuous improvement, and successful audits. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage quality systems and improve site-level food safety programs.

With 3–4 years of experience in food manufacturing, your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to HACCP and GMP standards, overseeing daily QA/QC procedures, and conducting thorough investigations for compliance issues. Leadership experience will be beneficial as you foster collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead key HACCP food safety initiatives
Ensure GMP compliance and readiness for audits
Oversee daily QA/QC activities on the production floor
Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA
Enhance quality documentation and SOPs

Requirements:
3–4+ years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
Solid knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
Experience with SQF/BRCGS audits preferred
Proficient in root cause analysis and problem solving
Some supervisory experience is beneficial
