Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive classroom lessons on haircutting fundamentals, techniques, and industry best practices
Conduct live demonstrations of cutting styles, ensuring clarity and precision for student understanding
Develop engaging curriculum materials that align with industry standards and educational goals
Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to enhance their technical skills and confidence
Foster a positive, inclusive learning setting that encourages creativity,



questions, and active participation
Assess student progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive guidance for improvement
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into teaching sessions

Skills
Proven classroom experience in teaching or training hair cutting techniques
Strong knowledge of haircutting tools, styles, and industry standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners
Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and effectively in both demonstration and hands-on settings
Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous professional development
Organized with the ability to develop engaging lesson plans and assessments
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and industry changes

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
