The Assistant Campus

Manager will oversee staff development, program consistency, and foster community relationships. Your commitment to service and integrity will help guide individuals through their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:
Support staff training and communication efforts
Monitor and enhance program delivery for clients
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Facilitate operational coordination and maintenance
Build solid community and family partnerships Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
Experience in addiction recovery or ministry
Ability to handle conflict and communication effectively
Current First Aid Certification essential
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance Drive success in our mission-focused ministry and make a lasting impact on lives at Adult & Teen Challenge.
