As part of the environmental team, this role reports to the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. The Environmental Coordinator conducts field inspections, data collection, and assists with regulatory compliance and report preparation. Ideal candidates are motivated to uphold environmental standards and participate in training initiatives for site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote awareness of environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct weekly physical inspections for compliance
• Assist with environmental training for personnel




• Oversee special waste preparation for transfer
• Support field monitoring with regulatory agencies
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of environmental work experience
• Post-secondary degree in environmental or mining field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of government regulations
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation
