You will report directly to the Manager of Onboarding and engage in the setup of current funds, aid in fund conversions, and ensure operational readiness. Collaboration across teams is essential as you manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Set up new funds in internal systems
Support fund conversions by liaising with previous administrators
Prepare and review valuation packages for accuracy
Coordinate NAV delivery processes to clients
Maintain and update securities and identifiers

Requirements:
Post-secondary education required
Strong understanding of investment fund operations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
