Print and distribute Season Passes per guest purchases
Approve Season Pass photos ensuring adherence to standards
Verify the status of Season Pass barcodes accurately




Process bulk mailings for Season Passes to guests
Communicate progress updates to the Guest Services Manager

Requirements:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in an office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Robust attention to detail with a record of high-quality work
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform computer-based tasks
