Responsibilities Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant General Supervisor is responsible for maximizing operations, staff development, pricing controls, management as well as floor administration during service. Direct personnel development with the goal of creating future supervisors and fostering a collaborative team workplace. Demonstrate smart, process-oriented problem solving, clear communication, and strong attention to detail in a busy environment with solid business acumen. Qualifications SmartServe accreditation. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed by the restaurant.



2+ years of serving and/or bartending experience in a refined dining establishment. 1+ years in a management role (e.G., Head Server, Lead Bartender, FOH Supervisor, etc.).
