As a Level 3 or 4 Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, you will focus on developing staff through training sessions and ensuring top-notch service for guests.

Plan and deliver staff training aligned with certification
Lead first-run training days and daily meetings
Keep accurate training logs and shadowing records
Implement tailored training plans for instructors
Teach snowboarding lessons as needed Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable teamwork and independent working skills
Experience in a training role with children is advantageous
