Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming environment
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient service
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, maintaining high quality and safety protocols
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
