Provide compassionate individual and group counselling for clients facing addiction challenges. The Counsellor will report directly to the Program Manager, playing a vital role in the clinical team.

You'll conduct assessments, develop personalized recovery plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions. Engaging with clients, you'll utilize evidence-based techniques to promote healing and coping skills in a supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients in recovery
Facilitate group therapy addressing addiction themes
Develop personalized recovery plans with clients
Provide crisis intervention and acute distress support
Educate clients and families on addiction and recovery

Requirements:
Licensed or certified counsellor required
Degree in social work or psychology preferred
Experience in addiction treatment or counselling
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Blackfoot Culture is an asset
