The Role
We're looking for a positive, organized, and motivated individual to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a fast-paced position in a busy logistics setting where your communication skills and customer service will make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Accept and retrieve parcels
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and callers
Manifest inbound and outbound freight shipments
Process shipping and receiving documentation
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Handle office duties as needed to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Skilled and friendly demeanor
Previous customer service or reception experience is an asset
