Your role will include establishing therapeutic relationships, coordinating patient care, and evaluating outcomes according to established nursing standards. Emphasizing continuous improvement, you will engage in ongoing learning and participate in inter-professional teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered, culturally appropriate care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Develop and implement patient care plans




Educate patients and families on health management
Document patient assessments and care activities

Requirements:
Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum 1 year PACU or Surgical Day Care experience
Completed Critical Care Course is required
Proficient in venipuncture and ECGs
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
