As a First Cook, expect to prepare and present high-quality meals consistently while adhering to food safety standards. You will collaborate with the Sous Chef and guide your team effectively to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily food production and prep tasks accurately
Prepare proteins, sauces, and vegetable dishes in bulk
Maintain uninterrupted meal supply during service
Supervise Second and Third Cooks for task completion
Monitor inventory and communicate needs to the Sous Chef

Requirements:
Culinary diploma or relevant work experience preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume kitchens
Foodsafe Level I certification required
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to meet physical demands and work versatile schedule
