With a focus on overseeing multi-family residential and mixed-use properties, you will be the primary contact for tenants and service providers in various locations.

Your expertise will ensure compliance with the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act through meticulous documentation and inspections. Additionally, you'll be responsible for financial oversight and maintenance coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of residential and mixed-use properties
Handle tenancy disputes, inspections, and compliance documentation
Develop and manage property operating budgets




Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams

3–5 years of property management experience preferred
