Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Builder/ Developer to work on a large 3 year residential project in West Dublin. Our client a fantastic reputation as an employer and are really ramping up their team for this project. The successful Finishing Foreman will have worked on residential projects ideally in Ireland before.
Required
Carpentry background
Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
Apartments experience preferred
Robust communication skills
Ability to lead a team
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Valuable eye for detail
Package
Salary circa €75k-€80k
